His journey recently led him to the illustrious JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Dubai, renowned as the tallest hotel in the world, where he further honed his craft. His diverse experiences and exceptional skills are reflected in every dish he creates. By coincident he happens to hold the unique title of being the tallest member of our family to 😄. Fortunate to have him as a key part of our family and restaurant.
